Inkspirational Word Prompt - Bloom

Is this card too weird?

A huge metal flower bursts out from the gates of an old mansion!

I made the flower by die cutting a metal sheet (Tim Holtz die) , embossing it and colouring it with alcohol inks.  I stamped the gates (Kanban) , birds, and sentiment (Craft Stamper freebie) and dry embossed the mount.

At Inkspirational  we have a word prompt - 'bloom' - to interpret as you like. Come over and see what the DT and our wonderful Guest Designer, Julie have done.

I'd like to enter:
Sentimental Sundays funky flowers
Incy Wincy embossing and bling
Alphabet Challenge handmade embellishment
Brown Sugar anything goes
Scrapping 4 Fun  technique - alcohol inks on metal
Crafty Catz embossing

Wow, I thought that was fabric, what a cool technique and no not weird as to me it matches the iron gate and I think the colour looks like an iron colour. And I think the idea it is so big is because it is blooming out of the gate!! I see all this so perhaps I am the weird one! See you Wed!

Metal? Really? Well, I'm blown away with how wonderfully eye-catching your flower is, with the embossing and colours. The centre rhinestone is perfect! Your background is striking with the scrolled iron gate (beautiful stamp), birds and cheerful sentiment. Nothing weird about this whatsoever; I call it amazing!!
