For my DT card I used a Lindsay Mason/ Crafty Impressions stamp and cut her head off! I wanted the focus to be on the heart, and the lower part of the body, which I coloured with Promarkers to match the photo. I stamped 'I miss you' on the bottom - I think I will send it to my daughter, who I've not been able to see for three months.

What a fab take on the picture - love it! Jo x
What a fabulous card, one which I'm sure your daughter will love to receive. We have all had to adapt to this awful situation and many have missed family so desperately, let us hope that we can have some sort of normality before this year is out. Thanks for sharing your card with us at Passion for Markers this week.

What a 'fun' idea to cut her head off!....I will be filing that idea away Marina x. Great card and a wonderful interpretation of the photo x.
What a wonderful card! I love how you "chopped" the image to focus on something important -- great thinking to match the coloring too
Awesome card. Fun image and love the colors. Thanks for sharing over at Make My Monday.
What can I say? You nailed it with this fabulous unique card!
Seriously, you have some of the most unique stamps I've ever seen - and this one is no exception! Perfect for the challenge (even if I had a momentary cringe when you mentioned chopping her head!). Love it!

Beautiful! Thank you so much for joining with ust at Fab’n’Funky Challenge this time and good luck :)
This is the perfect stamp for the inspiration - even if you did chop her head off, LOL! Fabulous colouring, too.
Clever partial stamping and perfect use of the colors of the photo. I agree, the heart really stands out more this way.
Just fabulous! Thanks for playing along with us at Make My Monday Challenge. Looking forward to seeing your creative projects in the future galleries.
