Paparazzi

I've got loads to do today , to get everything ready for a week of work and school ...so I decided to make a card for some challenges, while watching the X-Factor on catch up!

Here I stamped and masked the press photographer ( it's a very old wood-backed Ken Brown stamp) and then stamped the text background and the cityscape. Then I coloured bits in with a mustard yellow Promarker.

I'd like to enter:
The Male Room
Retro Rubber  photographer is way over ten years
Less is More
Little Red Wagon  trends - I think the white embossed sentiment on black strip is a trend that doesn't seem to be going away yet. (Hope not!)

Oh that vintage photographer is just brilliant, really suits the mustard colour too. And you would need something to do whilst watching the X Factor, watched it all too but thought it was pretty rubbish. Thanks for playing at The Male Room.

Wow. This a truly cleverly designed card, I love the combo of images. He’s a photographer but with the text print I’m thinking of newspapers and journalism as well. Great retro look.

I love this! The masking and layering have created a great scene with a kind of retro feel to it, while the white-on-black sentiment keeps it modern. Lovely work and a fantastic male card. Thanks for joining in with us at Retro Rubber Challenge.
