Custom- Mix Embossing Powder

I'm a big fan of Vicki Pappaioannou, and I enjoyed her recent video using embossing powder mixes to make backgrounds. Unfortunately, Stampendous did not send me any of their embossing enamels to try, so I had to make my own. I just mixed together different embossing powders of various colours and textures. It was really fun.

For my 'young polar bear' card, the stamp is a very old one by Anita's - I shaded it with a Promarker - and the sentiment is Hero Arts.

I'd like to enter this card into:
Use Your Stuff  heat embossing
Crafters Cafe embossing
CAS Mix Up  stamping and alcohol marker and embossing powder

Here's a second card using the same powder mix. This time the image is by Magenta and the sentiment Hero Arts.

I'd like to enter:
Global Design Project Christmas Joy
Crafty Cardmakers  animals
Moving along with the times  Christmas animals

Your mixed embossing powder backgrounds are gorgeous. What a great idea! Love that you kept your adorable critters mostly white ... they really pop against the heat embossing. Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Mix Up!
