Gracias
My daughter asked me to make a 'Mexican thank you card'. Why Mexican? 'Because their wedding had a Mexican theme.' I'm guessing that was a 'classy' Mexican style, rather than cacti in sombreros! So, rather than go all-out for the stereotypical icons, I tried to make a card with a Mexican feel.
I cut the sun, gecko and sentiment on my Silhouette Cameo electronic die-cutter and used scraps of patterned paper (not actually a Mexican pattern!).

Wow, well you certainly achieved classy Mexican. I absolutely love the clean feel of this card and how you layered the gecko over the sun die. Absolutely gorgeous!

This card does have a Mexican feel. Without googling I would think sombreros and tequilas, but you're spot on with this theme and it's definitely more classy than the ideas that popped to my mind...
Great card, very classy Mexican! Thanks for creating with us at SID!
I love the feel of this Mexico-inspired card and the layout looks great. Very CAS, still very interesting, great job! xxx
