Monkey Business

This is a birthday card for my best friend's son, who is in his early twenties. Last time I saw him he had a freshly-inked tattoo of a monkey on his neck.

The monkey is a Hero Arts stamp and the text was a free- with- magazine stamp. The 'polaroid' frame is a digital die-cut . Those  googly eyes were really fiddly!

This design works really well for a male card, and from the description of this particular young man it sounds like you chose the perfect theme!

Love the framed text and the addition of the monkey is cute. I wonder if he gets the link with the monkey and his tattoo? Thanks for playing along with our challenge this week at Just Add Ink.

Love that monkey Marina - love the way he is hanging off the text and leads you down to the sentiment. Thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink.
