I made this Father's Day card for my partner to give to his step-father. The sea is watercoloured with Twinkling H2Os , so it shimmers. The boat stamp is by Penny Black ( to save cutting out the thin bits, I stamped it on the sea background and paper-pieced) and the sentiment is Stampin Up.
