Inkspirational Challenges - Moodboard

 

Our new challenge at Inkspirational is

For my DT card I took inspiration from the picture at top right - a wreath (cut on my Silhouette) , with a big sentiment in the middle. I added some red gems for berries.

The star stamps in the Memory Box set I used for this card, are dogs, but I enjoyed using the more minor stamps for a monochrome look.

I'm really going for it this weekend, trying to catch up with making my Christmas cards. 

Here are two where I used a watercoloured background layered with some ready-made sparkly embossed vellum. 

For the first, above, I added a snowflake that I create and cut on the Silhouette. I added silver embossing powder and Frantage , with a gem in the middle and a stamped sentiment.

For my second card I used a Pure Innocence digi and coloured it in with markers and glitter markers.  I layered the vellum and watercolour panel onto a dry embossed panel - this is very layered for me!

 Lots of current challenges calling for hot drinks and sweet treats, so I had to use these Clearly Besotted stamps.

|I made two cards using these singing mice from Waffle Flower.

The first is very cas. I stamped the mice, masked them and stamped the Joyful sentiment. Then I added a speech bubble from Purple Onion.

My second card is a u-fold and uses patterned paper, Promarkers and a sentiment from Concord and 9th.

Inkspirational Challenges: Santa

 

Our new challenge at Inkspirational is:

For my DT card, I stamped a little Santa (MFT) and coloured him in . I added sparkle with glitter pens. I cut the sentiment, from embossed mirror card,  on a Silhouette and then stamped 'christmas'.

Inkspirational Challenges : Layer It

 

Our new challenge at Inkspirational is:

For my DT card I stamped the flowers and cut them out by hand. They look uncoloured, but I did actually add some pale grey shading. Then I layered them over a scrap of patterned paper. The sentiment was stamped and layered on top.
