For my card, I used an old Stampendous stamp (with a Woodware sentiment) and I paper-pieced in two patterned papers and added shimmer pen and glitter drops.

Hi Marina. I just read your comment on my blog about the festivals, or lack thereof. Thank you. I am smiling. It certainly is sad and stressful and difficult, but I am having a little festival in my heart today, as we have a new President in the US! I love your card, and how perfect is that tree for the Library Challenge Christmas Shopaholic inspiration. It's perfect. Wishing you a happy day and that you can keep your sanity as this awful situation continues. Hugs, Stephanie.
Marina, I love your tipsy tree! What a wonderful stamp! You've decorated it so beautifully!
I haven't had the pleasure of reading this series... thanks for the introduction!

What a lovely take on the book cover! The paper piecing really makes it. As a librarian, reader and crafter, I always mean to enter the Library Challenge but never seem to get there - maybe next year! Thank you so much for joining in with us at Retro Rubber Challenge.

Hello Marina: I apologize for the late comment, we have been doing renovations in our house and we are really busy.
But I love, love your little Wonky Christmas Tree, it somehow reminds me of the ones on the Holiday classic "How the Grinch stole Christmas".
What a fabulous idea to paper piece the segments, I absolutely love the results.
Now, I've been having some trouble also copying and pasting some blog badges so, I download them to my computer and then, I paste them from the download file, it takes a couple of extra steps but it's been working for me, give it a try, I hope it works for you too.
Thank you for sharing your adorable card with us at RETRO RUBBER, hope you come and play again next time.
Hugs,
Maria/DT
