I hope she's received this card. I made it at the Happy Little Stampers Retreat. The panel was made using a Brushos and starch technique demonstrated by Kylie . The butterfly was also cut from some paper painted with Brushos.

Beautiful card for Pia, I love these colors and the added black frame was a great idea, adds a lot to the design.
I thought I recognised a Brusho panel, fab design and a v pretty butterfly die cut.
