The Library Challenge - The Woman in the Window

At The Library  Lynne is the Visiting Librarian (Guest Designer) and she's chosen the challenge - The Woman in the Window by AJ Finn.

I read and enjoyed this book earlier in the year - it's in the 'grip lit' sub-genre and has lots of twists (although I think the twists are less surprising if you read a lot of this type of book ).  It's definitely not a ghost story but is quite spooky at times and is set in a big, old, New York townhouse . So, with the yellow behind the windows on the bookcover , I was inspired to make a spooky house shaker Halloween card.

We'd love you to join in with the challenge...

Love that shaker, Marina! What an interesting idea, to design a card based on a book. It appears you've taken that inspiration and have "run with it". Love the colours and that spooky mansion. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.

Spooky looking! The golden sequins seen behind the windows is a brilliant idea to add to more light and interest to the design. Cool!

This looks awesome! It took me a minute to figure out what you had inside of your house shaker... very cool! I read this book last month! Hopefully I can find time to enter soon.
