Inkspirational Challenges: Shaped Cards

Our new challenge at Inkspirational  is to make a shaped card - something which I love to do (which might be why I chose it!).

This was a birthday card for my daughter and I used an elctronic cutting file by Furrow and Feather. I feel this kind of crafting is similar to dress-making - if you follow the pattern, you should end up with something very like the original. The creative fun comes in the customisation.  I used some differet colours to the original design and, as her birthday is on Valentine's Day, added heart patterned 'wallpaper' and epoxy hearts to the plant pot and sideboard.

I'd like to enter :

My Time to Craft  All you need is love - because of all the hearts
