Stripy Scarf

A while back I admired the colour co-ordination of someone's card and discovered they had started by choosing a patterned paper and then colouring their image to match. That's not normally how I operate but I tried it here.

The stripy papers were a magazine freebie from long, long ago, as were the chipboard embellishments. The image is from Pure Innocence range, coloured with Promarkers and I added a little Wink of Stella on the heart and snowball.

I'd like to enter:

Such a sweet image Marina - I adore the way you've coloured her - showcasing the touch of snow and bird on her glove tells a story! And your co ordination with your stripey paper brings it all together so beautifully. Thanks for sharing with us Just Add Ink this week :-)

This is genius!! Did you cut out those areas with a knife so we could see the paper thru it?? Amazing, its such a cool effect and your colouring skills are incredible too. So very glad you shared this with us at Just Add Ink this week!!
