Parade

I've made these cards as 'thank you cards'  for the two workers who run my son's after-school club. I know it's summer and the kids are wearing jumpers but , hey, this is Britain - it could be jumpers , umbrellas or shorts for the summer holidays - or(most likely) all three!

The digistamp is by Jellypark and I coloured with markers and paper-pieced with scraps.

I'd like to enter:
City Crafter  sunshine and lavender
My Time to Craft paper piecing
Hiding in my Craftroom  paper piecing
QKR Stampede paper piecing

  2. Looks like summer to me! I like the colors and the image is suitable for the occasion.
It's quite fascinating to see what people wear for summer here in Oslo. The other day we had 26 degrees and I saw a girl wearing a black leather jacket, scarf and thick black panty hoses with boots! And there was no motorcycle in sight, lol. And how people can dress in thick woolen jumpers in that kind of weather is beyond me! And wow are there many woolen jumpers around...

  3. Such a happy crew on these cards - and such a terrific job of switching up the patterns for their outfits! I dress like them most of the time because I'm usually cold. They look like summer to me :o) Thanks for joining us this week at MTTC. Hugs D
