Our new challenge at Inkspirational is:
For my DT card I made a birthday card for my football-mad nephew. First I printed the image - a digi from Lily of The Valley - onto craft card. Then I printed it again twice - once on plain white and then on spotty paper. I die cut a circle out of the white card, coloured the image in and pieced it onto the original image. Then I paper pieced the spotty paper on the gloves, Finally, I stamped a sentiment. Is this too much info????
I hope you'll pop over to Inskpirational and see what the rest of the team have made, and join in.

what a great card and image for your football (soccer to me!) loving nephew - your spotlight is so colorful against the kraft. At first I thought it was a basketball but then realized the net was upside down if it was...! Julia xx
Simply fabulous. Using paper piecing to spotlight the ball is so clever. Thanks for joining in my theme at Cardz4guyz. Love Dawn x
Such a fun card featuring the spotlight technique. Love how it turned out!

Marina, you've provided the perfect amount of info to describe how you created this fabulous card for your football-mad nephew. Best aunt ever award goes to you for this spot-on spotlight technique, masculine marvelous card!

I love your version of the spotlight technique because it shows you can also use this for a quick and easy masculine design. That little pop of colour and pattern is all the card needs.
