Okay Bokeh

I tried to create a bokeh effect by inking a background and then stamping it with a Neat and Tangled falling circles stamp, spritzed with water. I'm not sure that it was the best technique!

You can't tell from the photo how sparkly this card is. The 'ice' is all silver glitter pen.

I'd like to enter:

I’ve never tried the bokeh technique so I really can’t say if there’s a right or wrong way to do it, but it looks like bokeh to me. I’m going to get started on my Christmas cards too real soon. This is a sweet card.

Very cute card! I know how good the ice looks in silver pen. I often like to use those pens but they don’t show up right in photos.

This is ARTSY Bokeh. Actually I love it and it's the perfect BG for that cutie little guy. Matting the piece on black card stock really makes that BG pop.
Thanks so much for joining us at CAS Mix Up! xx
