Two with a Leaf Stamp

Here's two cards I made, using an old Stampin Up leaf stamp, for the Twofer Challenge.

For the first one I made an alcohol ink background on yupo paper , stamped using Lift Off ink. Then I added loads of Nuvo drops in two colours.

Actually, I had a disaster making this card. After I'd added the drops, I picked it up to put it aside to dry and there was a draught of air that blew it out of my hand and onto the floor, face down! It was ruined - or so I thought. But when I wiped it over with a baby wipe I found the messed up wet Nuvo drops wiped off but the background and stamping were unaffected! So I was able to add the drops again.

I'd like to enter this into:

I'm not sure if my second card features a miniature fox or a giant leaf! The fox and sentiment are from Aal and Create.

Lovely twofer, the leafy background is wonderful and how cute to have your critter hanging onto the leaf. I’m so glad your Nuvo drops were able to be reapplied, I’ve had the same thing happen!

Love both of these cards Marina. Great colours of alcohol inks on the first card and the lift off technique has worked brilliantly. What a great save and such a unique and glorious card. Such a creative and fun second card. The sentiment is perfect for the image and theme. I like the idea of the fox being in miniature x You've had with with these and they are fabulous x.

I am truly gobsmacked by these designs, Marina! The effect you got using the Lift Off ink on your beautiful thank you card is amazing! The leaves looks like they are made of frosted glass and the coloring is amazing! I'm SO happy for you that you were able to easily save this beauty! And, please, how sweet is your leaf-riding fox? The sky, sediment, and framing are perfect! I adore this enchanted card!! Thank you so much for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #9! Hugs, Darnell

Gosh, that lift off stamping is gorgeous, Marina ... the tumble of leaves positively glows against the rich AI background ... so pleased you managed to save this beauty! What an adorable miniature fox (that's how my eyes see it!) ... and such clever use of the drifting leaf ... a cute and adorable little scene! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Twofer! Anita :)

Okay, now I NEED that Lift Off ink! What an amazing etched look you created on your thank you card. So glad it saved - I hope the floor is okay too. I prefer to think that the fox is just that tiny - so cute! I hope he's floating to an enchanted happy place! Thanks for joining in the fun with us at the Twofer Card Challenge!

Wow these are both gorgeous - well done for rescuing the nuvo drops on the first card - you must have been absolutely gutted with all that works, and so relieved when it was corrected so easily! It would have been just my luck that it would have landed facedown in the parrot dish or something lol.

Thanks for getting Autumnal with us at Aud Sentiments,

Happy to see you managed to salvage your card. I love your twofer and I adore that sweet fox hanging on to the leaf. My alcohol lift ink arrived a couple of days ago, just in time for the weekend so I could have a play with it right away. Love it!

Your Twofer is impressive on every level, Marina! The leaves on the first are stunning; looks like I need to try alcohol ink blending (three vials of ink and Yupo paper waiting in my craft room...not sure what's holding me back!) and then, of course, the lift-off technique. So many things to try/learn! Your fox, with his leaf parachute, is charming! A duo of delight!
