The Library Challenge - October, October

I made this card for my new challenge at The Library , which is:


Actually, I could have done with a reminder from The Library, as my post is a day overdue. Hope I don't get fined! 

I love this book cover and could have gone a number of ways (the owl is great) but in the end I had multiple attempts at making a backgroud scene for the Stamping Bella character, and this was the best of them. I blended some inks onto some card and then repeat stamped and masked the hills / fields (Hobby Art) . The tree and birds are a Clarity stencil.

    It's an artsy and inspiring book cover and I love how you took inspiration from it with those hills. What a cool effect! A super scenery for your Stamping Bella lady.
