Twofer - Flowers

I'm entering these into the Twofer challenge, 'flowers'.

For both cards I used an AlteNew anemone stamp which I bought just before Christmas and this is the first time I've used it.

I wouldn't know what an anemone looked like if it slapped me in the face but, instead of googling the real flowers, I imagined what they might look like...

First up, I white - embossed it off the edge of a black card and added a sentiment and white spots.  (I seem to be going through my 'black and white' period at the moment!)

As well as Twofer, I'd like to enter this into:
CAS on Friday  feel better
Allsorts  new stamps

For my second card I heat embossed the flowers onto vellum and embossed it from behind using a stylus. I coloured the leaves from the back with a marker and attached the panel to a frame. Then I stuck it onto a cerise card and stamped the sentiment.

I'd also like to enter this one into:

My Time to Craft  thank you
Sweet Stampin  thank you

  8. I love the way you do CAS cards, Marina! Your black and white get well card is simple, but it speaks volumes and will be much appreciated. And your framed bouquet of slap-your-face anemones is beautifully embossed and colored! Thank you for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #34! (You could also share with everyone at NBUS if you like.) Take care and be safe! Hugs, Darnell

  13. I think embossed flowers on vellum are gorgeous, Marina, (says the one who did such a card for your inspiration) and yours are. I love that you embossed with a stylus to give the petals colors and shape. Thanks for sharing your card with us at The Flower Challenge.
