Inkspirational Challenges - Spring

The new challenge at Inkspirational is......
For my DT card I tried to create a feeling of freshness and space by using the white below a die-cut word to take up the middle of the card . (I was given this die-cut with some others a long time ago- were they from you, Nonni?) Then I stamped and paper-pieced the little birds perched on top.

    When I think of spring I think of everything turning green. But the most sure sign of spring is the birds tweeting. This is a fresh and clean spring design.
