Kickstart /Twofer Hybrid and my Holiday Craftroom

Christmas Kickstart has joined up with Darnell of the Twofer challenge this week - how could I not get involved?

Actually, I would have missed it if I hadn't taken a shoebox of craft stuff with me on my holiday in Wales. I had the most amazing craftroom at the top of our rented house, with a triple aspect view of the sea, mountains, village.. I made a couple of cards a day while the rest of the family slept - I'm always up hours before the others so this keeps me from being bored.

Edited to say: A few people asked me about the location of my holiday craftroom in Wales, ...it's Portmeirion.

For these cards the stamp I used was by Neat and Tangled. Both sentiments are from a Hero Arts set.

Here, I stamped and paper-pieced with some old magazine freebie paper.

For this one I stamped and embossed in white on craft, coloured the Christmas trees and added white gel pen.

  6. What a fantastic vacation craft room! Looks so cozy and with views to admire. One card is whimsical and fun, love the effect of the chevron patterned paper. The Kraft one feels warm and traditional. Two beautiful and different cards using the same stamp.
