City Crafter - Halloween

At City Crafter, Lucille wants us to make a Halloween project. 

For my DT card, I made a spotlight card, using a digistamp from Mo's Digital Pencil.

    This is so Nice. It reminds me of a nice childrenbook: Lotte. It is a book written in Belgium, so you probably not know it.

    I’ve only tried the spotlight technique once. It’s quite effective, isn’t it.
