The new Library Challenge is The Little Mermaid so I thought outside the box made two mermaid cards! Obvs.
For the first one I cut out a mermaid's tail on the Silhouette and added scales using a stencil and Cosmic Shimmer gilding polish. I stamped the circles/text stamp onto an alcohol ink background and added pearl shimmer powder.

For my second card I stamped the mermaid, masked her and stamped the bell jar (Hunkydory) . The fish and sentiment came from various sets. I added some clear glossy drops.
I'd like to enter this one into:

Now, that's clever, showing only the mermaid's tail! I love it! The second card is cute, too -- a two-fer!!

Wow what a stunning first card. Love the mix of the alcohol inks, the stamping and stencilling. Fun idea with the mermaid tail and never thought to stamp on top of alcohol inks and then to add the pearl shimmer powder.....Thank you for the inspiration as I will be filing that one away x Such an adorable second card and love that cute mermaid that you masked and popped into the bell jar. Both cards are gorgeous but the first mixed media card is outstanding and thank you for adding this beauty to the gallery and joining in the fun CAS Mix Up Challenge x
