Orange Balloons

Here I used stamps by Newton's Nook .  I stamped the balloons separately , coloured them with Distress Ink and stamped them with 'falling circles' stamp by Neat and Tangled. Then I paper-pieced them onto the image. I stamped 'falling circles' in the background too.
