The new Library Challenge is Memoirs of a Geisha. I read this over 15 years ago and found it really absorbing and not as saucy as I'd imagined from the name!
My first card is inspired by the Asian setting and the cover colour scheme. I stamped and masked the Japanese doll (Hero Arts) and stamped the text background (brand unknown) , masking parts off with torn paper. The sentiment is Paper Arsty.
I'd like to enter:
Retro Rubber both the Asian-style stamps are way over five years old
QKR Stampede anything goes
Just Us Girls cas
For my second card I used the colour scheme of the cover . (I don't remember any penguins in the story!) The penguin is by Your Next Stamp and the sentiment is MFT.
I'd like to enter:
Seize the Birthday bird
4 Crafty Chicks anything goes
Colour Crazy anything goes
