You're so Chill

I made this card to meet a few challenges and since then I've been racked with self-doubt. Is there too much snow for a CAS challenge? Is paper-piecing allowed on a one-layer-card? Oooooh.

The ink I stamped with is actually a dark brown - I had hoped it would come out a bit lighter.  I used mountains by Pink Fresh, bunny from Lil Inkers, a border stamp by Basic Grey and sentiments from Penny Black and Lil Inker. I paper-pieced the hat and scarf - the paper looks plain in the photo but it has a subtle spot pattern irl.

  2. I love cards using a kraft base - and yours is fabulous! The bunny is so cute - clever idea to use paper-piecing for his hat and scarf! Thanks for playing along with us at AAA Cards!

  3. Hi Marina love, I think the amount of snow looks ok but I'm afraid paper piecing is not allowed for a one layer because the patterned paper adds another layer. :( Sorry to be a party pooper (was that the right expression?). Anyway, I love your monochromatic look with these neutral colors. Great card and totally cute. Thanks for sharing with us at Less Is More!

  19. I find myself quite often in doubt about all the rules too, but never mind this time, because you've been creative and have invented a cute neutral colored and well balanced card.
