Our new challenge at Inkspirational is 'hello' and this is my second attempt to make a card for the challenge, using this waving fox.
Here's my first attempt:
As you can see, the design is almost identical but I coloured the leaf pile, fox and leaves stamps (Sugar Pea Designs) with coloured pencils on kraft. I think I need a bit of practise with these!
On my original card, I cut a die cut 'hello' , but on the final version, I used a Papermania stamp.

ReplyDeleteBoth cards look lovely but I adore the scripty hello-sentiment on the white base so maybe that card is my favorite! Super cute fox too. :)
ReplyDeleteLoving both of these "hello" cards Marina, but the first one's colours appeal to me more. Love that little fox. He certainly does say hello with his little wave. Cute image. I also really like the sentiment placement. It's really effective at reserving white space on this card and keeping it CAS. ReplyDeleteAmazing cards, Marina. I think the white background in the second attempt makes everything "pop" just that little bit more, but both cards are gorgeous! Love that adorable little fox, of course, and his friendly wave. Love those leaves gently falling to the ground. And love the overall look to this wonderfully clean and simple card. ReplyDeleteI love the effect and feel of Kraft paper, but for this design the white version makes the design feel extra crisp and clean.
