Mermaid Transport

I recently bought two sets from My Favorite Things (Mermazing and Ocean Pals) and immediately decided I wanted to use them together. So I masked the mermaid and sat her on a whale.  They're coloured with alcohol markers and I've added Wink of Stella.

The background was made with a stencil (cut on Silhouette) and Nuvo mousse - I did need a few attempts at this! The Echo Park patterned paper and sentiment were a gift from my dear friend Nonni.

    A fabulous and happy card. If only summer had stayed with us for a little while longer--we are back to cold and rain again today and there is big pop festival on our beach yesterday and today--poor things will be soaking wet.

    This is a wonderful design :) The colors go well with the paper pattern in the background. The coloring is very pretty and the idea of a mermaid sitting on the whale is so cute! The sun rays are a good touch ! Thank you for sharing at Paper Craft Happy Challenges
