Here's a Christmas card using a non-Christmas stamp (by Stamping Bella) - I hope it's Christmassy enough - hopefully the holly and the gold on green sentiment have ramped up the Christmassiness.
I'd like to enter:
Christmas Card Throwdown drinks
Allsorts paper-piecing (on the stool)
Cut it up hot drink (die cut is the holly)
Happy Little Stampers Christmas holly
Looks Christmassy to me! Actually, she looks like she's waiting at the bus stop all ready to go Christmas shopping! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining us for our Hot Drink challenge at Cut it Up. Stay warm! :)

Makes a lovely Christmas card , fab image
ReplyDeleteGreat colors, and texture, I imagine your little lady sitting on a bench in the shopping mall taking a break from an exhausting day, while sipping some cocoa or coffee. Great job. pjs-projects.blogspot.com

ReplyDeleteThis is so cosy! It definitely looks Christmassy, just shows what your colour choice can do. I love the red mug, that looks so warm to hold, clever use of colour. Thank you for joining in with us at the Christmas Card Throwdown. Lucinda (DT)
ReplyDeleteThe hollies and gold make this card Christmasy, but also the tartan patterned paper, nice festive detailing with this non holiday image.
ReplyDeleteTartan always looks Christmassy on a card and is lovely matched with the green here. I'm admiring her bag too.
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing along at Christmas Card Throwdown.
I think it's fab! I do like the dark green tartan, always looks festive. And the little pops of red are super. Thanks so much for playing along with Christmas Card Throwdown. Deborah, DT.
ReplyDeleteIt's Christmassy alright! :) The green and gold look fab together, I always forget I like that combo, thanks for the reminder!

ReplyDeleteIt's totally Christmassy - I wouldn't guess if you didn't tell us. Clever use of holly leaves and tartan patterns.
