Good Luck with the Op

This is supposed to be a play on words - op/hop. It's for my best friend, who's having an operation on her foot on Tuesday and so will then be hopping for a few weeks! I hope she gets the pun!

I'd like to enter:

    I love froggie images and when using frogs it's one of those rare occasions I use green on non Christmas cards. Fun with the pun and great card!
