Get Whale



My poor daughter was taking the recycling out last week and tripped over the doorstep(!) and broke her leg. Things are not going well and she is having to have an operation on it.

The heartbeat thingy was a copyright-free image from the internet that I recoloured, mirrored and printed. The sentiment and whale are Studio Calico digistamps and I made the whale into a die cut on my Silhouette cutting machine. I used a pen round the edge and added a googly eye.

    Oh my goodness... this is sooo clever and fun! The play on words is great. I have to say that I feel a little bad for that whale... in this context HE looks sick! The heart beat line is awesome! Love the creativity!

    I don't know what it is about whales, but I just love them... Like with owls there so versatile, perfect for any occasion and gender. Love the heartbeat lines too. Sorry to hear about your daughter....
