Last week I announced to the world my intention to make a Christmas card every week , and post it here (to make sure I do it!) . If I do this, by the beginning of December I will have 48 Christmas cards. I also issued an invitation to anyone who would like to join me.
Now I've finished it, my card this week seems a bit of a cross between a Christmas and Valentine's card! I guess that's the joy of making Christmas cards 'out of season' - the influence of what is going on at the time. The image is by A Day for Daisies and the sentiment is Stampin Up.
Chrissie joined me last week with this lovely card:
If you would like to join me, please link one card up at the bottom of this post. If you want to do the whole 48, feel free to link up to last week's post. This is Just For Fun .

ReplyDeleteThis is so lovely, such a sweet card! Love the image and red and white colour scheme. Thank you for joining us at ATSM.
ReplyDeleteI've never thought of it this way, but I think you're right! Christmas cards made in December often look a bit different than the ones made at other times of the year! You're so great at paper piecing, I like that you've used the same DPs for the images as for the background. Nicely coordinated patterns!
ReplyDeleteSuperb idea and its execution :) lovely card. Thank you for sharing with us at ATSM!!
ReplyDeleteLove the image you have used Marina. Love the paper and the paper piecing. Glad I could add a card! All the best Meg
