Inkspirational Challenge 19 - Balloons



This week's challenge is at Inkspirational Challenges is a really easy one.  Here's the inkspirational photo:

 
 
For my card I used an October Afternoon stamp of a girl with balloons. The sentiment is by Personal Impressions and the frame is by Stampin Up.
