Inkspirational - Make a card in 10 minutes or less

Our new challenge at Inkspirational  ha been chosen by Sandie and she wants us to make a card in ten minutes or less. I think Sandie must be taking revenge for all the challenging challenges I've inflicted on her because I found this really hard! This was not my first attempt. The card above came in at 9 minutes 20 seconds but that was only because I stopped the clock every time I had to go looking for something, warm up the heat gun etc. Cheating??

Anyway, here I white embossed the flowers and watercoloured with Lindy's Stamp Gang Magicals, then stamped the sentiment over the top. Sounds simple doesn't it? I can't believe it took me that long!

    No revenge, I promise-but really all those word prompt challenges,have me thinking and using my thesaurus (yes a real one!) for weeks!! I can so see you stopping the clock and looking for something else....this made me giggle-you were supposed to get it all ready first!! But wow to getting water colouring done as well and heat embossing-I think it looks great....here is an idea-you could have done this using dsp instead!!

    Glorious colours in the background and the white heat embossing looks fabulous against it. I take ages to make a card and there is no way I could make one in ten minutes, so I take my hat off to you...great idea to stop the clock at intervals, which made me chuckle x Great inspiration....Thank you x

    Your watercoloured background is stunning Marina and is perfect for showcasing the embossed flowers and bold sentiment. And all in under 10 minutes ... - I'm in awe!

    Giggled out loud when I read about your 'stops-and-starts' in the timing! I 'might' have done that a couple times with my cards, too! Your card is ohmystars stunning, Marina! The bursts of colour are a gorgeous canvas for the embossed florals. WOW in every way!

    Your watercolor is awesome! That is something I did not dare do with only 10 minutes! It looks great with the white flowers.
    Maybe we should reverse challenge Sandie with a 30 minute challenge so that she will have to keep adding more elements to her card!
