I do like to make backgrounds, but then I usually put them aside to use later - often, much, much later!
This background was made by splashing watercolours around (I think they're Twinkling H20s) then stamping and embossing over it in black. The est of the card was made with bits of ephemera and die-cuts that have also been left languishing for a long time.
