The taxi image is a sticker that I've had hanging around for ages , from a scrapbooking set. The city is Concord and 9th and the sentiment is Stampin Up.
This card is spot on! It’s almost a CASE of the photo and it’s such a great use of the taxi sticker. I also love the cityscape and the mix of yellow and black.
